If you are selling your house

We will perform an inspection for you just as we would for a Buyer. Afterwards we discuss with you the areas of possible concern to a Buyer, and what steps you can take to alleviate those concerns. Our report can be made available to potential buyers, and we will answer questions about our observations from potential Buyers.
