Our promise to you:
we'll be respectful of you and your needs;
we'll listen to and understand your needs and
circumstances before talking business;
we'll provide easily understood, plain English
explanations during the home inspection about our observations and
conclusions;
we won't guess; we'll say if we don't know, and
tell you when we expect to have found out what you need to know;
we'll avoid creating fear and ensure that our
explanations allay your concerns instead of increasing them;
we consider the home inspection completed only
when we've answered your questions and you fully understand our
explanations;
we accept NO benefit from any work that
we suggest or recommend during your home inspection;
we stand behind our work and discuss by telephone
and at no additional charge our observations and findings documented
in your home inspection report while you own the the home.
We guarantee our work:

if either you or your agent are
not satisfied at the time of our home inspection and we cannot
resolve this, we will not take your fee (we could not, of
course, provide our report in this situation)

if you have a valid problem with or complaint
about our home inspection at any time during the 12 months
afterwards that we cannot resolve, we will refund your fee
We respect our Customer’s privacy:
Therefore we will not share personal or identifiable information with
others without your permission (legal process may force us to do this,
although we cannot imagine a situation where this would occur).
