If you've consented to our using all oir part of any comments from your feedback form, we will attribute it to your name, but we will show no contact information such as your address, the address of the inspection, or any telephone numbers.

If we have obtained any personal information from you as a result of an inspection, or if we obtain your email address from you writing to us or giving it to us in any other way, we will respect your privacy and won't sell, rent. loan, give away, or share your email address or any of your personal information with any other organisation except as required by law.

If we use your information to contact you for marketing or promotion of our services and you request us not to do so, we will remove you from any mailing list we prepare. Such communications would always give you the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving further communications.
