Please contact us by telephone at (519) 317-0108 to arrange your inspection, and to let us know any concerns that you may have. Call us between 8 am to 9 pm, Mondays to Fridays, or on Saturdays until 5 pm. If we are on the telephone or doing an inspection, please leave a voice message for us to return your call as soon as possible, or try again in a little while.

We recommend that before you call us you carefully review the 'Vendor's Disclosure Statement' and if anything can't be read, ask the Seller (through the agents) for written clarification. Advise us of any possible defects or potential problems with the property that are listed in the Statement.

When you call to arrange your inspection we will ask you to tell us about the house (its age and whether there are any secondary living units) and any concerns that you have, such as the roof, musty smells in the basement, signs of of water leakage or damage, fresh repairs and so on, so that we can be prepared ahead of time. You can view a checklist of items from this page , and use it to help you remember everything.
