An affordable & thorough home inspection with a 'no fee if not satisfied' guarantee

We help you feel comfortable about buying your next home and allay any fears or concerns that you may have by inspecting the condition of the house and explaining our observations. We take the time to listen to your concerns, to thoroughly inspect the house, to explain our observations in depth and suggest solutions, and to discuss possible improvements to make the house more suitable for your needs. Then we'll advise on maintenance steps you can take to protect and keep up the value of your investment.

We uniquely offer a 'no fee if not satisfied' guarantee. Both you and your agent, if you have one, must be satisfied with the inspection before we'll take our fee. Of course, if there's something we can make good at the time, we'll do so. We complete the inspection and review the report with you before we ask you to pay.

Ease the stress of shopping for Your New Home

If you're moving to London, you might spend many evenings looking for a new home, something in a "nice" neighbourhood, perhaps close to a "good" school, and one that won't cost an arm and a leg! This could mean an older, established neighbourhood, but many of the houses, being older, might have quite a few flaws and need some improvement. You look until you find a house that has features that you really like, and either no work needed or work that you can handle. It sometimes takes a while, but you only need find one!

We've put together advice to help you through the buying process. Read this advice in our Home Buyers section.

  • Know what you want
  • Know where you want it
  • Don't compare the features of the house you're viewing with the best features from all the houses you've seen
  • Keeping track of houses you've viewed
  • Key answers to key questions
  • Possible improvements

Consider these thoughts when shopping for a condo

Buying a condo is different from buying a house - you get to own part of the neighbourhood, and see and meet your neighbours much more often. Unlike a house, you may not be able to do everything you want, if the rules don't allow it.

See what you need to consider, and relevant questions to ask, in our Condo Buyers section.

  • Checking out the condo neighbourhood
  • What will a condo be like as a home?
  • What will sharing the building be like?
  • Can I afford the cost?
  • What will I own outright?
  • What are my obligations?

Call us to arrange your home inspection for a convenient time. We work on Saturdays, and can often start an inspection to suit you, after your workday has ended.
